My experience with Accrue and their representative Alden KNo integrityConsultants - Personal agenda Not customer focused our solution based minded Disrespectful and disinterested with customer satisfaction In June 2021 my partner and I went for a meeting with Alden to discuss the possibility of us starting a property portfolio. Alden was very driven informative and forward with his approach. We advised Al as he likes to be called. that we were tentative as we had just been through something that made us very wary and cautious. The reason we brought this up was because he was insisting we had to place a deposit down to join the membership which he continually said to us if we didnt proceed no matter where we were in the transaction they would give us a full refund. We were still sceptical of this so Al said he will see what he could do. In July 2021 Al called and advised we could pay half of the original deposit a sign of good will again he stated it would be fully refundable if we choose to not proceed with Accrue. Across the following months we looked at what David and Al had advised us on our current property portfolio - Their advice was for us to sell our property in Kingscliff as it was in a holiday zone and the bank looked more of it as a liability. We decided to list our rental property and advised Al we would keep him updated and wouldnt move ahead with anything else we had discussed until we sold it. The unit didnt sell until June this year 2022in May I have called Al to advise him of the great news and updated him that there were also a couple of changes personally I was advised that there had been a change in their finance contact so I would be talking with Michael. Updated Michael on changes and he advised it would be best for us to wait 6mths until we revisited everything. Based on this and the current market I have had time to think and made the decision that we no longer wanted to proceed with Al and Accrue.I sent an email advising this and requested our refund in June. I have then called Melbourne office to discuss and be provided with a refund. 15th August called Melbourne advised I will get a call back no call 21st September called Melbourne - advise I will get a call back no call27th September called Melbourne advised I will get call back no call29th September called Melbourne advised I will get call back oAl has called me and immediately advised that was not going to receive a refund and that I am fortunate as I will also not be getting charge the other 6500 member ship fee. I was obviously shocked and angry. I advised Al that he told us We would get a refund no matter what This is Verbatim of our conversation with Al Accrue representative he said that he would have to have a look at the contract and go back through our emails to see if anything was written down as he doesnt remember all his clients But on the next breath told me we stuffed them around I was so shocked as I explained to him it was business and a service they were providing. I also reminded him that we only left a deposit as he gave his word that he would refund us the deposit no matter where we were in the process as customer service is paramount to the reputation and the business. 29th September called Melbourne requested to speak with a manager Mark advised I will get call back from him I explained the situation and also become quite upset on the phone as I am still so shocked that Al has turned out to be lacking the integrity he so valiantly explained to us he had. No call back 30th September called Melbourne requested to speak with Mark again he is in a meeting. He will call me back still no call back On the surface as long as you are aligning to what they are requiring from you everything will look and feel right. As soon as there is an issue or you are no longer aligned with the vision they are trying to PUSH they are no longer the high functioning business operators they would have you believe. I would highly recommend to stay clear.

I have been trying to sell my investment property for the last 2 months and will be taking a 70000 loss after owning it for 6 years on what they call a blue chip area. Accrue is aware of my issues a choose to hide and hope one would just go away. Anyone that needs any proof just contact me. They are very easy to deal with. Also they are friendly clear and informative.Nelson have been very helpful and he has made the process quite easy. I would highly recommend Nelson to others for property investment.
