It was my first time trying cryotherapy treatment and I remember feeling so nervous when I arrived at the Cryo clinic in Rosebery. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I received a gift certificate from a friend thats why I gave it a try and Im so glad I did I felt recharged after. Now Im planning to purchase a package from them. Much better value and its my motivation to keep going. I need it

I had knee surgery recently and was really keen to get back to training as soon as I could. Cryo recommended I have some sessions on the LED bed to help with the swelling and bruising and my physio tells me my recovery is ahead of schedule. Ive always got a lot out of my cryo sessions but this is great for post surgery recovery.
