Considering a website or SEO package from Direct LineRUN AWAY NOWAbsolutely horrible company that will give every excuse in the book about why they cannot meet BASIC expectations. Youll be better off burning your money than feeling the pain and frustration of trying to get them to do what you hired them for. Too many complaints to list but heres a few-in the course of one year weve had three different project managers that have been fired or left the company...the new ones have no idea what the old ones did so its starting over again.-after paying over 45000 we have a basic website worse than the off the shelf version that we were paying 40 a month for our SEO keywords have not moved an inch some are placing worse and theyve cost us tens of thousands of dollars and dozens of customers due to their inability to put together a basic functioning site.The list goes on and on. If youre still not convinced read the reviews on Google Yelp and Bark carefully...you will notice that a majority of their positive reviews come from actual employees of the company even the owner reviewing as if they were a client. Then check out the reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau...that should tell you everything that you need to know about this company.Small business is hard enough without having a company that youre paying a tens of thousands of dollars to actively working against you.
