Our coffee is sourced via direct trade, which means there is a relational chain from the café to the farmer who grew the coffee. We buy our coffee from the roaster Detour, who works with a green buyer to determine what coffee qualities are desired. The green buyer works directly with coffee farmers to develop a quality and consistent product, which can then be sold at a higher price point. As a result, the farmer benefits from a higher level of income and the café and consumer benefit from a higher quality coffee. For tea lovers, we’ll have a variety of premium loose leaf teas available. We want your cuppa to be perfect so we’ll use the precise water temperature suited for your favorite tea.
