Green Lettuce is a homestyle restaurant and the first Indian style Chinese food restaurant in the Lower Mainland. The first location was established in 1999 in Vancouver with a seating of 60 people on Kingsway still in operation. In 2003, Green Lettuce expanded to Surrey at Boundary Plaza (64th Avenue and 120th Street) with a seating capacity of 110.
