Our tenants are a key priority and are part of our extended community. All of our sites strive to provide high-quality services and amenities, a collaborative and safe atmosphere, and a broad array of sustainable and wellness practices. As an extension of our corporate commitment to environmental and sustainable practices, we have developed this p roject as a LEED Gold base building powered by a target of up to 90% renewable energy and a target of up to 90% landfill diversion, all while limiting our impact to the existing natural environment, including relocating ~100 banyan trees and creating a beautiful campus green space.
