I etransfered 920 to MadDashLoans aka Delta Loans early last tuesday February 20 2023 and paid off my existing loan. They reissued me a new loan same day once paid but had forgot to cancel the authorized debit taking which was now an additional 920 out of my bank shortly after getting my loan. It has now been a week tomorrow since this additional 920 came out of my account and I want it returned. I have left multiple messages with online support and I have called EVERY day leaving voicemails andor texting all of the Numbers I have found available for them. And not ONE person has returned my calls. This is almost 1000 that they owe me and I want my money back in my account today. I have zero patience left. This had been beyond frustrating and by simply acknowledging my existince well this would have been a really decent start.
