The formula here costs double what it would if you were to buy it off the shelf in Europe. They sent me a dented can packaging was intact so can was dented to start and told me theyd give me a 2 refund. They said it was safe but forgive me for trusting the CDC over them. Such an unethical company.

Ordered 12 cans of formula from them for the second time first time was fine. Unfortunately this time it came with dented cans. Reached out to the company about my concerns and they told me dont worry its safe and they arent going to replace the dented cans. All the research I did told me dented baby formula cans are unsafe which is why I reached out to let them know about the dented cans. Feel free to spend your money with a company whos willing to take the risk of killing your kid to make sure they dont have to send you a non-defective product. The bright side is they offered me 2 a can to make up for the risk I have to take. Seriously you cant make this stuff up Buyer beware that if there is a problem its your problem because they are willing to take the risk of killing your kid versus sending you non-defective products Putting in a formal complaint with the FDA and the Dept of Health and Human Services.

I have truly tried at least 8 different formulas for my 4 month old in hopes of finding one that didnt cause digestive issues. This is truly the best He loves drinking it and this may be TMI but his poops do not smell that is absolutely fascinating

This company is A SCAM Do not buy They do not want to give money back after taking order and promising fast shipping yet days for by without shipment or tracking info and other reviews have stated they have waited over a month and have not heard back from this scam company I need my childs food and for this place to have stolen a single mothers money for HER BABY TO EAT is beyond all the scams out there SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE

The worse company to deal with Website promises fast shipping its been over a month and still havent received my one month supply of baby formula. My shipment was stopped by border control and shipped back due to Infant formula is prohibited for importation into the US. Ive contacted customer service too many times asking for either refund or to resend my order. No Response no action from this company. Very frustrating and time-consuming

My order was placed 33 days ago and I was told I would receive a refund on day 30. My shipment never came and the email rep Suzanne just wants me to reorder but the catch there is I would get charged again My original order was 512. Please dont order from this company. Formulas arent FDA approved and they are getting pulled at the boarder. Save your money you may not get it back.

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from My Organic Company use Organic Best. MOC will not respond to any of your request or comments. My formula shipment never arrived and I still not have received a refund its been over a month. Dont waste your time use Organic Best.

I placed an order on April 23 2022 at 541 pm for Kendamil Stage 3 12 Months Organic Baby Formula - 6 Pack for 287.94 order placed through their website. The website states that the order was Fulfilled April 25 2022 and the UPS Track shipment UPS Express Saver 1ZY5479F0492972490. I checked the status periodically and saw several conflicting messages regarding the shipment ie. on04292022 at 535 A.M - The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines and then on 05042022 at 221 P.M - Cleared Import Customs Your package has cleared customs and is on the way. However when I called UPS on May 11 2022 UPS stated that they had destroyed the package because it was abandoned and that UPS had attempted to contact the shipper several times but never received a response On May 11 2022 at 506 I sent My Organic Company several frantic emails. Isent the company another email May 12 2022 and today May 13 2022 with no response. I saw that someone else had an issue involving customs. UPS stated that often times international shippers do not want to pay dutiesfees for international shipping. This cannot be taken out on our babies we deserve answers.

ONLY BECAUSE WE WERE SLEEPING. WE REQUESTED THE SHIPPING TO BE CANCELLED THEY SAID THEY CANT. I WORK IN MAJOR COMPANY WHO SELLS FAR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS AND IF THE SHIPPING ONLY CREATED LABEL THAT MEANS IT CAN BE CANCELLED . AND IF CANT BE CANCELLED WE SEND RETURN LABEL. THEY DO NOT REPOND TO YOUR INQUIRY ON TIME NOR ARE THEY POLITE OR UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SITATION. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. THEY ARE CALLING THEMSELVES ETHICAL BY SELLING ORGANIC PRODUCTS BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT. KENDAMIL SHOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE PARENTS NIGHTMARE. DISPUTING THE CHARGES AND IF NECESSARY FILING A LAWSUIT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible company to deal with. Purchased Kendamil formula from them only to never receive my shipment. I even paid for the rush shipment. Their customer service says it was held up by customs. Why did I pay for rush shipment if it was never going to show up. Two weeks later and still no resolution. They offered to rush another order but when I accepted they just never followed through. My guess is that theyre hoping the original order will just eventually get released from customs if thats even a true story. At that point why would I want formula that was most likely improperly stored for several weeks

DONT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS This company does not care about their customers or their babies. Ive ordered from them maybe 3 or 4 times. Their formula got my baby sick the 2nd and 3rd time but I assumed that their word was good when they said oh thats just normal...I ended up having to take my child into into doctors where they advised me to not buy formula that takes over 2 weeks to arrive. Well I did not listen to them.Each time they happen to be out of stock of your formula AFTER you ordered it as well as they wont ever tell you this until you wonder why its not being shipped yet and have to ask them and per them whoever ordered it first will get it when its back in stock. I also asked for home delivery 3 times and only once was it shipped with a service that took it to my home. Not to mention that the cans are ALWAYS dented in and beat up. Every time I have an issue or need help the customer support is very short with you and clearly have the attitude of only caring for their money..The FINAL straw for me was on my last order I had to contact them multiple times asking where the formula was what happened to it. Because it was going on 2 months of no formula showing up.. Each time they all gave me answers that didnt actually answer my question. The formula is SPOILED after over a month of waiting for it may I mention to you all and General formula guidelines and rules YOU DONT FEED YOUR BABY FORMULA THATS BEEN IN TRANSIT OVER ONE MONTH and is against safety policies which violates the safety laws and your food will make your baby sick. No doubt why my child got sick.Not to mention that it is currently at a post office god knows where but not at mineThey refuse to refund stating that they cant take returns due to safety of their customers and cant take refunds or returns because it says delivered and they arent held liable for any lost packages. Well... they shouldnt give it back to any customers for one if your a good company youll except what you did wrong and take the loss for 2 it does NOT say its delivered it shows it is waiting at some post office other than mine somewhere and not my house for 3... wow they are just really bad at management if they are okay with this and dont care.Any ways since then I had to move to another company that Ive never had these issues with at all. I can not believe that they dont care when their package is lost andor spoiled. No doubt that they will give this formula out to another mamma once it returns to them after I dont pick it up its not at my post office.I will be contacting every company I can to report this Im also letting my card company know what happened.

Terrible company my organic company that is extremely quick to charge for baby formula that was not even sent to me. Isnt this theftI paid by credit card and never received a tracking number for my order nor did I receive my order They dont have a telephone number so that people can not connect with them- they only have an email address which they dont even respond to Extremely unethical behaviour Unreliable company which is very stressful to deal with when you have a baby to care of but at the same time run after them for your money

Theyre horrible. Dont ever buy from them. I paid for five days shipping and the order is two weeks late. Theyre lying about the shipping and post false reviews on their website.

I have had my almost 7 month old son on their Kendamil product for 4 months. I learned that Kendamil had been recalled due to deficiencies in iron. The company denies that their product is included in the recall. I had my sons hemoglobin checked this week and he is anemic due to a diet deficient in iron. He has only been on Kendamil formulas since his second month of life. The company is taking no responsibility for their sub-par product and will not even issue me a refund for the product I am left with that I cannot feed him 200 worth. I posted a review to alert other consumers to this serious issue on their website and they will not allow it to be posted. Other consumers should beware It could put your childs health at risk

Amazing customer service shipping is fast My baby thrives on kendamil. Love this company Not to mention they provide helpful news articles on different topics pertaining to babies. 100 recommend

My baby did awful on American formulas. Once we switched to Kendamil from My Organic Company she did amazing and is now a very happy healthy toddler. Shipping time was amazing given the circumstances surrounding the importation of baby formula from the EU. I wouldnt trust any company that can delivery in less than 5 business days. I have heard companies like that ship the formula from their homes completely unsafe. Thank you so much My Organic Company

Customer service is terrible paid 30 dollars for 3 day shipping took over 8 days even if you dont count sundays still double the time i paid a ridiculous amount for shipping for. I think what bothers me more was when i voiced a complaint they were rude and dismissive. Will not be ordering from again
