Patisserie de Paris is a French inspired patisserie, boulangerie and café - (pastry shop and bakery) - based in Blairgowrie Johannesburg (next to Craighall Park). The products of Patisserie de Paris include a range of artisanal sourdough breads, continental pastries, award-winning baguettes and cakes by the slice or whole cakes made to order. The café offers breakfasts, filled baguettes or pastries, quiches and French desserts on a daily basis. Either eat-in or to go. Seating is convenient ly located both indoors and on the sidewalk under umbrellas. We also cater for office meetings, functions and parties. The décor in Patisserie de Paris is typical Parisienne patisserie in shades of light pink and light blue with 8 tables and seating for 30. The day’s pastries and cakes are laid out on display in the style of a French patisserie with the freshly baked baguettes on wooden racks behind the counter. In the centre there is an ornate table laden with delights to feast both eye and soul! Chocolate brownies which are to die for, giant meringues, choc chip cookies and so the decadence continues. There is a free water table, daily newspapers and a large French cooking library (in both French and English) for browsing while you eat your croissant and cappuccino, with music from French favourites in the background.
