NOT HAPPY

Ordered NEW halo unitReceived a BROKEN UNWORKING unitCalled customer service Was told how to proceed and did so. Only to then be emailed and told Id have to PAY for return shipping and then they would send me the REPAIRED UNIT SeriouslyI emphatically said I DONT WANT A REPAIRED UNIT...I ordered a new one and should receive a new one and I ALREADY paid shipping once shouldnt be required to do so again. Returned unit as instructed to but requested the order just be canceled because of how horribly the issue was handled. NOW theyre asking me to still yet pay for the shippung Ridiculous

Purchase 10/2022. I

Purchase 102022. I purchased the compact orbiting dryer when it was close to 500. It was great. Way better than the traditional hood dryers. Then a little over 1 year warranty is 1 year it started making crackling noises during orbit. Then months later it didnt heat up the same. Now this week of 82024 its sparking along with the crackling. And today during making a video to send to the company it sparked and no longer heats. While I understand this is a small company and Im all for supporting a small business much like myself. At the price point I dont feel its worth it. Outside of the 1 year warranty I have to pay shipping for a box I threw mine out then mail it back to them paying for shipping. And if its fixable theyll fix it if they cant fix it theyll send me a new one. The catch is I need to pay 199 for an after warranty fee. Some of the fees I understand but at 500 200 shipping fees. This awesome dryer has now becoming a money pit. However the 247 email communication is very convenient and appreciated.
