I had an appointment with Dr William Carr Jr PA three months ago. They went over my medical history and confirmed that the medication that I needed I have been in for years. I asked for 5 refills. They only put in for one. I called today and asked for a refill and explained that only one refill was attached to the script and it was used. They are trying to force me to book another appointment for the refill. I requested for the doctor to call me back. They stated that the doctor will not call me back or even pull my file until I book another appointment for them to bill insurance. Stay away
